Located on the 35th floor at 1551 Ala Wai Blvd, this rental offers breathtaking ocean views in every room. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a Vikings refrigerator and stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave, ready for you to cook. Bed linens, bath towels, dishes, silverware, cookware (including a tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender), a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided. A starter kit with a paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, and liquid dish soap is included. Central AC, a flat-screen TV, and dining for four are available in the living area. A washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. One assigned parking spot is included. The Watermark amenities include an open lobby with a sitting area, a swimming pool, a barbecue grill, a gym, and a sauna. Located in one of the most convenient areas of Oahu, this apartment is a short walk away from beaches, restaurants, and Ala Moana Shopping Center. Between December 15, 2025, and February 28, 2026, the AC will not be operational due to ongoing repairs. The unit has 3 tower fans. The bedroom windows do open slightly, and the sliding glass door in the living room can be opened to allow airflow. This is a non-smoking building, including the balcony/lanai and all common areas. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, you must reserve the apartment for the night of your departure to guarantee a late check-out.
