If any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. There is no grill at this property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin location in the garage. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act.
