The compact kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for light cooking, making it an ideal spot for a couple or small group to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this studio is just a short drive from some of San Diego's top attractions. You're 10 minutes from Mission Bay Golf Course, 10 to 15 minutes from La Jolla Cove and SeaWorld San Diego, and 20 minutes from San Diego International Airport. Explore nearby attractions like Belmont Park, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, and Balboa Park & San Diego Zoo, all within easy reach. Enjoy local dining and shopping at UC Marketplace, University Square Shopping Center, and UTC Westfield Mall. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and the total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation. Any overnight guests not listed will incur a $100 per person, per night fee. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in a minimum $600 odor removal fee. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted, and loud music or outdoor speakers are prohibited. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. No pets are allowed, and unapproved pets will result in fines and additional cleaning fees. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the home and notify us immediately if any damage occurs during your stay. The studio offers a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly. While the space is compact, the small kitchen table can double as a workspace, providing a comfortable area to focus on tasks. A laptop computer is not included.
