Enjoy the big three-season sun porch and the deck with a gas grill, making it perfect for relaxation and entertainment. While dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and fully cleaned up after outside. The neighborhood is well-established with lots of giant trees lining the streets. Just across the street is a public green space with 72 acres of trails and gardens, offering a beautiful backdrop. Downtown is walkable in about 15 minutes or a 3-5 minute drive, where you can enjoy great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also nearby, just at the edge of downtown. The area is easy to navigate with options like Uber, Lyft, the city bus system, and taxis, and it's a great city for walking, running, or biking. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home, and violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed.
