Parking is available for your convenience. You will love this house with its brand new everything in the kitchen and bathroom, including an amazing tile shower. The refinished hardwood floors throughout and all new furniture and beds add to the charm. Enjoy entertainment with two smart TVs loaded with streaming options. The deck with a gas grill and lawn games, along with a big backyard, offers plenty of outdoor enjoyment. Dogs are allowed with a pet fee, but cats and other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, be fully housebroken, and cleaned up after outside. The neighborhood is well-established, with giant trees lining the streets. The backyard borders what used to be a private golf course, now a public green space with 72 acres of trails and gardens. It's a beautiful area right in the backyard! The house rules require guests to treat the property with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition as found. Guests are asked to take off shoes when entering and make themselves at home. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home, with a violation resulting in a $250 fine.
