Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. Dogs must be kept off of all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and fully cleaned up after outside. Absolutely no parties are allowed.
