For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The apartment has a maximum occupancy of guests and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA, and only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Beach towels are not provided.
