The home is located off of Warm Springs Boulevard in Boise's historic East End, one of the oldest and most desirable neighborhoods in Boise, and is just 1.5 miles from Downtown Boise, nestled right up behind the Foothills. The downtown area offers a smorgasbord of shopping, restaurants, activities and nightlife. The Boise Airport is 6 miles away. Boise State University and Albertsons Stadium are 2 miles away, close enough to walk for a BSU game. The Boise greenbelt is a several mile-long walking trail along the beautiful Boise river. Please remove shoes in the house. Please remember to park in the designated guest parking, accessed via the alley behind the main home, and not in front of the garage.
