Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals or quick snacks after a day at the beach. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are provided so you can pack light and enjoy more. This suite features two full-size beds and a comfortable pull-out sofa. Guests are provided with one complimentary parking space in the building's parking lot. There are EV chargers for electric vehicles. With direct beach access, this suite is also only a 5-minute drive to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Guests will have full access to the private 1-bedroom suite, in addition to the building’s shared amenities such as the outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ area, and outdoor breakfast and lounge area. The only area off-limits to guests is the white locked owner's cabinet located in the closet. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with pool and sauna use and agree that the property owners, co-hosts, and property management company will not be held liable for any injuries sustained on the premises. You release them from all responsibility for any incidents or injuries that may occur before, during, or after your stay. Participation in pool and sauna activities is entirely voluntary.
