Welcome to your Lotus Sage Sanctuary, a 1-bedroom, 1-bath casita where you can feel at home. This petite Hippie Shaman Casita is full of eclectic vintage thrift-shop charm, decorated with antique African and Asian masks, artwork and icons from around the world. Inside, you’ll find a cozy set-up that’s simple yet full of character, equipped with everything you need for quick meals. Enjoy blazing fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with all the apps you need. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask about it. Need a local meal prep company, baby gear, a beach wagon, or a rental car? Once booked, links to preferred providers can be sent. The casita is located in a laid-back beachside neighborhood where you can embrace Ocean Beach’s famously quirky, free-spirited energy. You’ll be close to the sand, local cafés, vintage shops, and all the good vibes that make this community special. The home has an eclectic, artsy, thrift-shop style, not your standard beach rental. The exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio for the safety and security of guests and neighbors. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and neighbors are not disturbed. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets (including ESAs). For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply). Guests share the outdoor yard, which includes plenty of chill spots to relax, an herb garden, a hot tub to unwind after a day of exploring, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The hot tub and yard are shared with others on the property. Parking in the back is not guaranteed but may be available for one vehicle.
