The laundry room has a washer / dryer, there are cabinets that offer additional storage, and a door that leads to the two-car garage. Lawn Care, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Pest Control, and Basic Cable TV are all included in the rent! No commercial or recreational vehicles allowed. Sarasota National regular amenities are plentiful with a resort style pool with lap lanes, 7,000 sq ft fitness center with numerous classes, tiki bar, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, dog park, playground area, Palm Clubhouse with restaurant and bar and several activities published in the monthly newsletter. The owner has a membership to the golf course and it must be transferred to the tenant. There is a required Golf Membership Transfer fee of $1,000 that is paid to the community by the tenant during the application process. There are upcoming renovations that will be done to the Golf Course, please check with the HOA for most current dates. We score every application.
