Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation, and from March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, with violators facing a $500 fine. The property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
