I have lived here for about a year. My family loves it here. The management team is very friendly and helpful. We get along with all our neighbors and a very safe and friendly. I would recommend it highly.

I have had a lease at these apartments for about a year and so far if I have had any type of problems, all I had to do was contact the manager and they handled it, the people here are friendly as well.

I have lived here 7 mos. There has been ongoing maintenance projects and many improvements under new manager. Friendly mgr and when our paths cross, she always speaks and ask if things are okay with my place. Laundry room is cleaned daily. Monthly exterminating service. Not bothered by bugs of any kind. Pool is well maintained. I have a happy home !

We got so much help and were instantly welcomed by very realistic and down to earth property management. I really am thankful to have found Singing River Apartments and would recommend to anyone in the Gautier area looking for a children friendly, highly convenient, and overall safe and neighborly location.
