Feel at home in this beautiful 1-bedroom apartment located in the core of downtown on the 61st floor, complete with a balcony. This comfortable suite has everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. Enjoy entertainment with the smart TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. A washer and dryer with supplies are also available. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Parking is available for $20 per night, please advise ahead of time if you need parking. Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per pet per night. You'll be within walking distance of the Scotia Bank Arena, Union Station, Rogers Center, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the Financial District, and hundreds of restaurants and bars. The Eaton Centre and Queen Street fashion district are also close by, with easy access to the Subway and GO station. A grocery store, liquor store, banks, and all other necessities are within walking distance. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible if you notify us well in advance. If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded. According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to arrival, including every guest's names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge are not allowed into the building. We kindly ask that you provide us a selfie with your ID in order to confirm identity.
