Sleeping up to 10 people, this mountain retreat is located within walking distance of Dimple Dell and close to ski bus routes, providing easy access to seven world-class ski resorts while maintaining a peaceful residential setting. Feel at home in this three-story home, noting that a long-term tenant occupies the lower level year-round. Guests have a private entrance, private garage, and exclusive access to the two upper floors and all decks. You may occasionally hear normal activity from the lower level. This home features panoramic canyon views from multiple decks and cozy fireplaces throughout. Multiple TVs and entertainment spaces are available for your enjoyment. The fully stocked kitchen is designed for group meals and entertaining, featuring ample counter space and a large island with seating. Enjoy the private yard with seating and a unique outdoor climbing wall. Optional chef and massage services are available upon request. A two-car garage is included, plus two driveway parking spaces. If the property is pet friendly, pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA. Located in a peaceful residential setting, this home provides easy access to seven world-class ski resorts and is within walking distance of Dimple Dell. Enjoy wooded canyon views from multiple decks, ideal for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the mountain setting throughout the year. If you’re planning to have more than 10 guests, please let the host know in advance. City regulations require a special permit for larger groups. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. 2 cars can fit comfortably in the driveway and 2 cars can fit in the garage. Street parking is available for additional vehicles, but guests need to know that they should not park on the street in the winter, because their vehicle could be hit by a snow plow. The three-story home includes two traditional bedrooms and three open-concept living spaces that convert into sleeping areas. Please review the layout carefully, as some sleeping areas do not have doors: • Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2–4): King bed and king pullout, private door • Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): King bed, private door • Living Area 1 (sleeps 2): Two rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses, French doors • Living Area 2 (sleeps 2): Full-size Murphy bed, open space • Living Area 3 (sleeps 2): Two futons in an open area near the entry All sleeping areas include fresh linens and bedding.
