This home features a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, a gas barbecue grill and outdoor dining deck, games, board games, smart TVs, carbon-monoxide alarm, first-aid kit, cozy fireplaces throughout the home, multiple TVs and entertainment spaces, a fully stocked kitchen with island seating, and a private yard with seating and an outdoor climbing wall. Chef and massage services are available upon request. Two-car garage parking plus two driveway parking spaces are included. Pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Located 10-15 minutes from Snowbird and Alta, this home is within 5 minutes of groceries, dining, and freeway access. Enjoy panoramic canyon views from multiple decks and the mountain setting throughout the year. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
