Wristbands are free of charge. Parking for everybody will be across the street including handicap parking. Located right on the beach, this condo is a gateway to Gulf Shores' attractions. A short walk takes you to Gulf Shores Beach, while a brief drive or walk brings you to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park, and other local attractions like Waterville USA and Zooland Mini Golf. Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and protection. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. All guests must sign a waiver upon arrival. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
