Ideally located next to the iconic Pineapple Willy’s and just steps from shopping, entertainment, and fun, this condo offers some of the most breathtaking Gulf views around. Enjoy sparkling waters that stretch for miles from every room and relax on your private balcony off both the living room and bedroom. This condo features a modern kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, silverware, and more. The dining area offers spacious seating, perfect for group meals. The living room includes balcony access, a couch and recliner chair, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The property offers three pools, one heated, located between the two towers and at each end of the towers. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available near the east and west pools. Tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts are located in the northwest corner of the property, and a fitness center is in the south end of the building. Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles per condo. Explore some of the best attractions near Panama City Beach, including Pier Park, a premier shopping and entertainment hub with restaurants, boutiques, and a movie theater. Visit St. Andrews State Park, a stunning nature preserve offering scenic trails, kayaking, and wildlife viewing. Take a short boat ride to Shell Island, an unspoiled, secluded beach paradise, or enjoy family-friendly fun at Shipwreck Island Waterpark with water slides, lazy rivers, and splash zones. This property is not pet-friendly. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please do not set the thermostat below 74 degrees during the spring and summer months to prevent system freeze. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and an additional fee of $100 per unauthorized guest per night will apply.
