Shared amenities include a bathroom, a kitchen equipped with cookware and appliances, a laundry room, a living room with a TV and sofa bed, an outdoor heated pool, a BBQ grill, sun loungers, and a dining space. Check-in is facilitated through a smart lock entry, with a backup lockbox located next to the fridge in the garage. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior necessitate a police callout, leading to dismissal from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Avoid throwing trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to prevent clogging. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
