This 2-bedroom suite features a king-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the other. The suite includes two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, and a washer and dryer. The home comes with one parking space along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit, and you can park in any of the three open spots. Parking is very tight, so if you bring a large or additional vehicle, you will need to find parking in a nearby lot. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance, and there is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free, just a few minutes down the road. The home is situated on a quiet dead-end street in downtown Hampton Beach, just 500 feet from Ocean Boulevard, where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is directly across the street, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Guests should treat the home as their own and be courteous to others enjoying their time on the seacoast. Quiet time is encouraged after 9 PM. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, as cleaning fees only cover standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Friday, and guests should ensure their trash is in the designated blue bin out front, with recyclables in the green bins out back. Guests are expected to inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear and work with the host for a reasonable solution. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, and no parties are allowed. Guests should lock the doors when not home and upon departure.
