This private cottage offers 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom. This cottage features a full kitchen and a private porch for relaxing in your home away from home. Parking is available for 2 normal/smaller-sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional or larger vehicles, alternative paid parking is available in lots around the boardwalk, or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride for free overnight parking. Clam Cove is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd. The ocean is directly across the street. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
