The ocean is directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer. There are five other units in this building, and guests are encouraged to enjoy quiet time after 9pm. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive cleaning, and cleaning fees cover only standard cleaning. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday, and guests should use designated bins. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear should be reported to the host, and guests are expected to pay for any damages or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, and no parties are allowed. Please lock the doors when not home and upon departure. |
