This cottage offers three bedrooms, three beds, one bathroom, and a full kitchen. Enjoy your own private porch for relaxation. Parking is available for two normal or smaller-sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. Alternative parking is available in paid parking lots around the boardwalk or at the Hampton Park & Ride, which allows free overnight parking. The Sand Bar is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd. The ocean is directly across the street. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday; please ensure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
