Clam Cove is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday, and guests should make sure their trash is in designated bins and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, guests are expected to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
