The suite features a fully equipped kitchen and a private deck, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a relaxing evening breeze. It also includes one full bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms. The apartment comes with one parking space along the white fence directly in front of the building. Parking is very tight, and if you bring large or additional vehicles, you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free, which is only a few minutes down the road. Enjoy easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, parks, and live entertainment, all just a short stroll away. The apartment is located on a dead-end quiet street, 500 feet from Ocean Blvd, which is the main boardwalk for downtown Hampton. The ocean is also right across the street. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front, and all recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, guests are expected to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
