The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood to respect children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Electric living room blinds are controlled by a remote on the side of the wall by the sunroom. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws.
