Minutes from all attractions in downtown Pigeon Forge, including The Track, Beyond the Lens, Dollywood, Splash Country, Wonderworks, arcades, Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show, Pirates Voyage, and The Old Mill. Multiple grocery stores such as Food City, Kroger, and Publix are within 5 minutes. As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No pets and no parties are allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. All booking guests must be at least 25 years of age, except children accompanied by their parents, and present during the entire stay. Guest acknowledges and understands that they are financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the rental period, including damage done by pets, which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. There is no refund for weather-related issues or road conditions. Power outages are beyond our control.
