Located just a 2-minute walk from Eden Park, you can easily enjoy outdoor activities like running, walking, biking, or rock climbing. A quick 4-minute Uber ride takes you downtown, offering the best of both worlds with easy access to city life and nature. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am, and any noise or disruptive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violations may lead to prosecution under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking and open flames are not allowed, and any violation may incur a $300 cleaning fee. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards our team will result in reservation termination without refund. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee, and additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.
