This private 1-bedroom condo features a large closet with a washer/dryer, a well-designed kitchen, a bathroom with a custom tile shower, and an outdoor deck for enjoying your morning coffee. Pets are welcome with a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Enjoy the best of both worlds with this condo's location. Take a 2-minute walk to Eden Park for outdoor activities like running, walking, biking, or rock climbing. In the afternoon, take a 4-minute Uber ride downtown for entertainment. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing and may result in prosecution. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and flames are not allowed in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in termination of the reservation without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 is collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, police fees, or other costs are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Includes Wi-Fi.
