Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad, stepping into a relaxing and well-lit living room. Off the living room is a kitchen and dining area, with a nearby door leading to the carport and laundry room. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's another living space with a decorative fireplace, a screened-in porch, and a patio. A hallway from the kitchen leads to all the bedrooms and bathrooms. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in a quiet residential area in East Columbus, this home offers easy access to major highways, interstates, and shopping centers. It is less than 15 minutes from Fort Moore and Downtown, making it a convenient location for exploring the area. This home is located in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property. A laptop computer is not included.
