Guests have access to the entire condo and may also enjoy access to community amenities within Pawleys Plantation, including seasonal community pools where applicable. Guests must notify the host in advance if bringing a pet. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees. Parking is available for registered guests in designated spaces. Motor vehicles are not allowed on the beaches. For DeBordieu Colony, guests towing a boat must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay seasonal fees. Golf carts must be battery/electric powered and operators must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license.
