Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this apartment is a 3-minute walk to Ventnor City Beach and a 2-minute walk to Ventnor City Boardwalk. Ventnor City Fishing Pier is a 5-minute walk away, while Lucy the Elephant is a 5-minute drive and Atlantic City Boardwalk is a 10-minute drive. Nearby dining options include Santucci's Original Square Pizza, Nucky's Kitchen & Speakeasy, Sack O' Subs, Ventnor Coffee, and Hannah G's. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay.
