Feel at home in this beautiful, spacious home, located just 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, offering easy access to all the city has to offer while also providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. This home provides a starter pack of essentials, including towels, trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. If you run out of these items, it's your responsibility to replenish them. A pet fee of $83 will be charged if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Located in a peaceful family neighborhood, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions to keep you entertained. Pooler offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Downtown Savannah is just a few miles away, providing easy access to all the city's historic landmarks, museums, and nightlife. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found in your home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. All guests age 18 years or older are required to complete identity verification and a profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. A maximum of three cars are allowed, with one parked in the front and two in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. Parties or events are not allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, and additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number are not allowed. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms.
