Downtown Savannah, with its historic landmarks, museums, and nightlife, is just a few miles away. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. A maximum of 3 cars can be parked: 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. No parties or events are allowed, and the maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older, along with a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform. There is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
