This beautiful and spacious home is located just 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, offering easy access to all the city has to offer while also providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nestled in a peaceful family neighborhood, this home offers a serene environment. When you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions to keep you entertained. Pooler offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. And with downtown Savannah just a few miles away, you'll have easy access to all the city's historic landmarks, museums, and nightlife. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 3 cars, with 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Parking in front of other houses is not allowed. No parties or events are permitted, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older, and guests should remain responsive and reachable through the platform during their stay. There is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Avoid using provided towels to remove makeup or clean items that could stain them, as this may result in an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, but refills are the guest's responsibility.
