A washer and dryer, hairdryers, and an iron/ironing board are also included. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per night. Early and late check-in/check-out options are available for a fee. Located in the exclusive Encore Resort at Reunion, this villa is just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to Universal Studios and SeaWorld. While the resort's water park and pool are not accessible, you can enjoy the on-site restaurant and sundry shop. No smoking, parties, or outside visitors are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and violations may result in fines or eviction. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A guest screening process will be conducted to confirm your reservation. Upstairs, a cozy loft features an Xbox One console and a large TV for gaming or movie nights.
