No fireworks are allowed on the premises, and all main entry doors should be locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including smoking in the house or garage, with a minimum $500 fine for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
