The spacious living room with cozy furniture is perfect for your group to relax and wind down. A 55” smart TV is available for your convenience, and unlimited high-speed internet is provided. A washer and dryer are included in the main closet. Location is everything! Within walking distance from the building, you can visit the CN Tower, Ripley's, arcade, restaurants, and lakeshore for lake view walks—all within a 5-minute walk. The building is also accessible to the Gardiner Expressway for easy access to the highway. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Amenities are only accessible for guests staying over 28 days as per the building policy. The elevators might be slower than usual due to other rentals in the building. There is a strict no-smoking and no-party policy at the property. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.
