With spacious interiors and thoughtful amenities, this home comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests. Whether planning a beach getaway, a family reunion, or a celebration with friends, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay—from multiple living areas and a fully stocked kitchen to outdoor lounging spaces perfect for Florida's sunshine. Enjoy the blend of comfort and convenience in a location that puts you close to shopping, dining, and the best attractions in the area. Make lasting memories in a home designed for connection, comfort, and fun. The heated pool fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, but during cooler weather, it may not be as warm as expected. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A 3-day notice is required before arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay.
