This home features spacious interiors and thoughtful amenities, including multiple living areas, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, ample cabinetry, a large island with high seating, and a coffee station with a Keurig, French press, and coffee pot. Entertainment options abound with a 65” smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in each bedroom, a pool table, air hockey, basketball hoops, board and card games, putt putt, corn hole, and giant Jenga. The spectacular resort-style backyard and pool area includes a private heated pool, upper deck lounge area, sportscourt for basketball and pickleball, fire pit, outdoor patio/dining area, BBQ grill, hammock, poolside loungers, and floaties. The heated pool fee is $100 per night, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler, it may not be as warm as you might expect. It is recommended that the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. There are some cool spots to check out nearby, including Boca Ciega Millennium Park with scenic trails and an observation tower, Lake Seminole Park for outdoor activities, Treasure Island Fun Center for indoor games, Walsingham Park with a large lake and trails, and Studio Movie Grill - Seminole for a unique movie experience.
