Welcome to Bikini Bottom, your perfect beach vacation destination! Feel at home in this cozy 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome. This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access. This quaint 3-story townhome has a classic coastal charm, perfect for guests who plan to spend their days soaking up the sun and sand! Simple, clean, and comfortable, it’s the ideal home base for your Destin beach getaway. The kitchen is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. For tiny travelers, there is an easy-to-use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes. The living room is open to the dining area, with a queen sleeper sofa and a few chairs to gather together. There is a large flat screen TV with standard cable and an electric fireplace. Guests can enjoy four private balconies to kick back and relax. Beach towels are provided for guest use during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use at any time during your trip in the garage. One designated numbered parking spot is available in the front of the building, and the garage is available for parking one vehicle. Guests can enjoy storing their beach items in the garage to keep the sandy feet to a minimum indoors. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The private gated beach access is a short walk away. Everything else is easily accessed by car, and it's centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island! Check-in time is 4:00 PM CST and check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10PM. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. The apartment does not host student groups or groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided. Watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted to be parked in the community at any time. Unfortunately, this location is not pet friendly. The dining area with seating for four is a great space to work from home if needed.
