The home features three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with cozy bedding and ample storage. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The modern kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. A washer and dryer are available inside the home for your convenience. Enjoy hassle-free parking directly in front of the home, ensuring easy access for you and your guests. While the pool is not private, you're welcome to take a refreshing dip and soak up the Florida sunshine. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. The fee is $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance and must be house-trained and non-aggressive. A crate is required if left alone indoors and a leash is required when outside. Located less than a mile from State Road 192, Crestwynd Bay offers easy access to major highways, facilitating convenient travel to various attractions and destinations within the region. The vicinity boasts a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, ensuring that residents have a plethora of options for dining, shopping, and leisure activities. No parties or loud noise are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with late check-out potentially resulting in additional fees. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open, so do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture and return everything to its original position before check-out. A security camera is located outside by the entrance for safety purposes and does not record anything inside the home. We follow a rigorous cleaning and disinfection process after every stay to ensure a spotless, safe environment. Florida is home to diverse wildlife and insects, and while we provide regular pest control, it’s common to see some during your stay.
