Enter the home from the front boardwalk and step into the massive screened porch, featuring a dining table for six, a Roku TV, and an outdoor fan to keep you cool. The living room boasts a large reclining sofa and love seats, a 60" Roku TV, and an open-plan layout. The fully stocked kitchen with premium stainless appliances provides everything needed to cook gourmet meals. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, Roku TV, and his and hers closets. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and another Roku TV, perfect for the kids. The third bedroom has a separate HVAC system, Roku TV, and private access to the screened porch. We offer golf cart rentals, providing gas for your convenience, and an onboard sound bar for entertainment. One dog under 35 lbs is permitted with a $150 pet cleaning fee. Situated just 4 blocks from the public beach access off Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you'll be close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and a surf shop. Renting one of our 4 or 6-seater golf carts is highly recommended for easy navigation around Garden City, with beach parking more convenient than using a car. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking and quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A minimum age requirement of 25 applies. Occupancy may not exceed seven, including infants and children.
