High Park is a charming, established neighborhood in West Edmonton, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Characterized by its mature trees, quiet streets, and classic mid-century homes, High Park exudes a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere. The neighborhood features two parks and a family rink nearby. For shopping and entertainment, guests can easily access Westmount Centre and the renowned West Edmonton Mall, both just a short drive away. The neighborhood's proximity to major roads ensures convenient travel throughout Edmonton. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $250 fee if evidence is found. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized, with a $250 fee if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. The maximum number of guests is six, and all guests must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $250 fee will apply for lost, damaged, or missing keys, key fobs, or access devices. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security cameras, as a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system. Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day. The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
