Welcome to this remodeled and refurbished villa, centrally located just off US Hwy 192 in Indian Ridge, one of the closest communities to the Disney Parks and attractions. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is a gem, offering an immaculate and inviting space to experience Florida living at its finest. The south-facing pool is a private oasis, fully enclosed and screened, with a larger-than-average deck complete with sun loungers and chairs, perfect for relaxing or swimming with the family. Enjoy a meal outside in the spacious outdoor dining area. This 3-bedroom villa comfortably sleeps six and features a smart TV in each room. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a new mattress and a large en-suite containing two sinks, a bathtub, and a large shower. The other two bedrooms each have two twin-size beds and share a well-appointed bathroom. All bedrooms offer ample storage space, with the master bedroom featuring a large walk-in closet. The villa includes two spacious living areas with all new flooring, each equipped with a large screen smart TV. The newly remodeled kitchen is very well equipped with all new appliances and a range of equipment and utensils. Pool heating is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. The villa has a garage that can accommodate two cars, with space for a further two on the driveway. Apart from all that Disney has to offer, attractions like outlet shopping, dining, supermarkets, and nightlife are very close to the villa, while Universal Studios and Sea World are a short drive away. Walmart and Target are both within a couple of miles, as is all the entertainment on offer at Margaritaville Resort and its new water park, Island H2O. Major roadways are easily accessible, ensuring a quick drive to all that Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area have to offer. Pets are prohibited, and for any exceptions, please talk to the host. Guests will have the entire house to themselves, with remote access provided via a special code. A 24-hour host is on-site if needed. The Indian Ridge community is very family-friendly and offers additional amenities, including a large community pool, tennis courts, and a children's play area, all within a one-minute walk of the property.
