This home features a cozy living room with a large sectional and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a coffee maker and all kitchen essentials, and a game room with arcade games, foosball, and air hockey. A starter supply of coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags is provided; however, guests may need to bring additional supplies. There is also a private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit for relaxing evenings. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent included. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per reservation. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking it, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is zero tolerance for smoking or vaping inside the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation, and a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found after check-out, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. An unauthorized late check-out fee of $100 is applied for check-outs later than 11:00 AM.
