This expansive 2700 sq ft mansion features 6 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for hosting large groups and delivering a luxury vacation experience. This home embodies the luxury lifestyle with high ceilings, top-of-the-line finishes, and a dream kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, as well as all basic cooking essentials. The dining area includes a dining room table with seating for 8, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, place settings, dining utensils, curated decorative shelving, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The chic and sophisticated living room features stylish modern furniture, plenty of seating options, a coffee table, stools, a designer rug, a media console, artwork, and a mirror. Each of the 6 bedrooms features nightstands, bedside lamps, and decorative artwork. The 2.5 private bathrooms include essential toiletries. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Free parking is available on the driveway as well as in the two-car garage. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Originally settled in 1838, Spring is located 24 miles north of Houston and is known for its vibrant outdoors, rich history, and safe community. Nearby attractions include Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown (20-minute drive), Wild Stallion Vineyards (15-minute drive), and plenty of parks such as Pundt Park, Meyer Park, and Spring Creek Greenway. For those interested in exploring Dallas-Fort Worth, the National Museum of Funeral History (24 mins) and the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts (30 mins) are noteworthy attractions. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed. Only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture. The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 10am. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway.
