The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a center kitchen island, stainless steel appliances including a double oven, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials. The dining area offers a dining room table with seating for 8, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, place settings and dining utensils, and curated decorative shelving. The chic and sophisticated living room features stylish modern furniture, plenty of seating options, a coffee table, stools, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a media console, artwork, and a mirror. All bedrooms feature nightstands, bedside lamps, and decorative artwork. The bathrooms include essential toiletries. The spa-like en-suite has dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a glass walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a full-sized bathtub, dual sinkers, and stylish shelving. The fully landscaped backyard features an outdoor swimming pool, a patio area with a BBQ grill, and lounge chairs in a fully fenced yard. Free parking is available on the driveway as well as in the two-car garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Welcome to Spring! Originally settled in 1838, the town originally started in the area now known as Old Town Spring. Located 24 miles north of Houston, it’s known for its vibrant outdoors, rich history, and safe community. It offers the perfect blend of peaceful countryside living without compromising on city amenities. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown is a 20-minute drive away, and Wild Stallion Vineyards is a 15-minute drive away. There are plenty of nearby parks such as Pundt Park, Meyer Park, and Spring Creek Greenway. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed. The check-in time is 4 pm and the check-out time is 10 am. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.
