This colonial-style red brick mansion features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This space embodies the luxury lifestyle with high ceilings, top-of-the-line finishes, and a dream kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a double oven, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, as well as all basic cooking essentials. The dining area includes a dining room table with seating for 8, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, place settings and dining utensils, curated decorative shelving, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The chic and sophisticated living room features stylish modern furniture with plenty of seating options, a coffee table, stools, and a designer rug, as well as a media console, artwork, and a mirror. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a glass walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a full-sized bathtub, dual sinkers, and stylish shelving. Essential toiletries are included. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Free parking is available to guests in the driveway and two-car garage. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Originally settled in 1838, Spring is located 24 miles north of Houston and is known for its vibrant outdoors, rich history, and safe community. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown, Wild Stallion Vineyards, and nearby parks such as Pundt Park, Meyer Park, and Spring Creek Greenway are all nearby. For those interested in exploring Dallas-Fort Worth, the National Museum of Funeral History and the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts are also nearby. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in the home that measures decibels and sends alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
