Your private escape includes two bedrooms with three beds that sleep six comfortably, two en-suite bathrooms with a soaker tub and shower/tub combo, smart TVs in both bedrooms, high-speed internet throughout, central A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an elevated breakfast bar seating, a spacious family dining area, a large screened-in patio with pool views, in-home laundry machines, and free onsite parking. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99, allowing only one dog up to 40 lbs. Unfortunately, large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds cannot be accommodated. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight in advance. Additional services include a 'Pack 'N Play Crib' for a one-time fee of $40 and a highchair for a one-time fee of $40. Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. You’re perfectly positioned to explore the best of Central Florida, with Walt Disney World just 5.7 miles away, Disney’s Animal Kingdom 7.6 miles, Hollywood Studios 9.6 miles, Epcot 10 miles, SeaWorld 15 miles, and Universal Studios 19.8 miles. Other nearby attractions include Orange Lake Golf Course at 2.4 miles, Highlands Reserve Golf Club at 6 miles, Lake Louisa State Park at 11 miles, Camping World Stadium at 26.7 miles, Orlando Science Center at 30 miles, and Mennello Museum of American Art at 30 miles. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
