This condo is thoughtfully designed with a modern kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, silverware, and more. The dining area offers spacious seating, perfect for group meals, and the living room provides balcony access, couches, side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs, and certain breeds such as Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd are restricted. Parking is available with a maximum of two vehicles per condo. Explore some of the best attractions near Panama City Beach, including Pier Park, a premier shopping and entertainment hub with restaurants, boutiques, and a movie theater. Discover St. Andrews State Park, a stunning nature preserve offering scenic trails, kayaking, and wildlife viewing. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises, and management reserves the right to request proof of vaccination in cases of aggressive behavior or if a pet bites another guest.
