The fully equipped modern kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and a charming breakfast nook. The sunroom provides panoramic views of the beach with two writing desks, a TV, and a comfortable sofa. The outdoor area features seating, a fire pit, and a barbecue grill. Free parking is available on the premises, and additional free street parking is usually available. Located in the charming beachside neighborhood of Ventnor, NJ, this mansion is known for its relaxed atmosphere and proximity to the ocean. Enjoy a quiet, residential vibe with tree-lined streets and scenic views, just steps away from the beach and the Ventnor boardwalk. Ventnor offers a selection of local restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, with easy access to neighboring Margate and Atlantic City. Lucy the Elephant is a short drive away, and Atlantic City’s casinos and entertainment are just a few miles north. The neighborhood is easily accessible by car and public transport, with bus routes and parking available nearby. Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. These cameras may record audio and video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.
