The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig with coffee, decaf and tea options, a Nutri-Bullet blender, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. A shared washer and dryer are available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Baby gear, a beach wagon, and a rental car are available through preferred providers. Perfect for professionals, military personnel, travel nurses, and families, this apartment is within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and Starbucks, with easy freeway access. The backyard is shared with other tenants; please keep the side gates locked at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks will result in fees. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
