A shared washer and dryer are available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Perfectly located for professionals, military personnel, travel nurses, and families, this apartment is within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and Starbucks, with easy freeway access. The backyard is shared with other tenants; please keep the side gates locked at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply.
