This unique apartment offers an upscale vibe with stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and a one-of-a-kind creative aesthetic. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig with coffee, decaf and tea options, a Nutri-Bullet blender, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. Ask about our add-ons including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Perfectly situated for professionals, military personnel, travel nurses, and families, this centrally located apartment offers easy access to Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and Starbucks, with convenient freeway access. The backyard is shared with other tenants, so please keep the side gates locked at all times. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks, as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the apartment is allowed. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal should not include metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $350, and guests will be responsible for any overages. Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi and three workspaces make this apartment ideal for remote productivity.
