Instructions for check-in will be sent an hour prior to your arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any smoke detected will incur deodorizing fees starting at $500. Parties and events are not allowed, and violations will result in the loss of your security deposit and potential city fines. Noise complaints will result in police involvement without warning, and the security deposit will be forfeited. The Nest thermostats are locked within specific temperature ranges for your comfort.
