The second floor features a private games room with foosball and ski-ball. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per night with a 2-night minimum. A BBQ propane tank can be delivered for $55. A pack 'N Play crib and highchair are available for a one-time fee of $40 each. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. Nestled in the Four Corners Region of Clermont, this vacation home offers easy access to local shopping, dining, and grocery stores (2–3 miles), Lake Louisa State Park (8 miles), downtown Clermont (14 miles), Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards (16 miles), Gatorland (27 miles), Walt Disney World Resort (22 miles), Universal Studios Florida (25 miles), and Orlando International Airport (MCO) (35 miles). The Serenity at Silver Creek community offers a tranquil environment with well-maintained walking trails and lush landscaping. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work or study. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
