Located in the well-maintained and secure Fountain of the Sun community, you'll have access to a communal pool, community center, community gym, golf course, and restaurant. A $250 utility allowance is provided. Pets are welcome with approval. Fountain of the Sun is a centrally located, well-maintained, secure, and active 55+ community with easy access to a golf course, community center, gym, pool, restaurant, and tons of community events. The home is centrally located to both Loop 202 and the 60, with entertainment and services nearby. All guests must be at least 55 years of age. All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form prior to check-in. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed; a $100 charge will apply to guests bringing more than 4 guests. No smoking is allowed; a $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside the unit. Please report any property damage or broken items promptly, as damaged property may be billed to the guest. Please do not take anything that is not your property, as missing property will be billed to the guest. Checking in early or out late without prior approval will result in a fee of $50 per hour. No parties or events and no illegal activities are allowed on the property. Please leave the property in a similar condition as when you arrived.
