Pets are welcome with approval. Fountain of the Sun is a well-located, well-maintained, secure, and active 55+ community. You have easy access to a golf course, community center, gym, pool, restaurant, and numerous community events. The home is centrally located to both Loop 202 and the 60, with entertainment and services nearby. All guests must be at least 55 years of age when they book to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and to comply with local laws and regulations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking is permitted inside the unit. A $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside. A $100 charge will apply to guests bringing more than 4 guests. Checking in early or out late without prior approval will result in a fee of $50 per hour. Please report any property damage or broken items promptly, as damaged property may be billed to the guest. Missing property will also be billed to the guest.
