With easy access to world-class ski resorts, this home is minutes away from Snowbird Resort (17 miles), Alta Ski Area (18 miles), Solitude Mountain Resort (20 miles), Brighton Resort (21 miles), Downtown SLC (17 miles), SLC International Airport (20 miles), and Park City (30 miles). Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise, consisting of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Includes a desk in the bedroom with king-size bed. Amenities include a hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table. The fireplace is for decoration only.
