This home offers 5 thoughtfully furnished bedrooms to accommodate your group comfortably. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed with ensuite access and a desk. Bedroom 2 and 3 each have a queen bed with soft linens and ample storage. Bedroom 4 includes a full bed and a twin bunk, ideal for kids or friends sharing. Bedroom 5 has a daybed with a trundle, providing a flexible sleeping space. Cook and dine together in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. A large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating for meals and conversation. Enjoy après-ski fun in the game area with a pool table, ping pong, and even a guitar for music lovers. Step outside to unwind in the private hot tub surrounded by mountain views and fire up the outdoor pizza oven for a unique dining experience. Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animals and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Located in Sandy, this retreat is minutes away from top attractions. Snowbird Resort is just 25 minutes away, Alta Ski Area is 28 minutes, Solitude Mountain Resort is 30 minutes, and Brighton Resort is 32 minutes. Downtown Salt Lake City is a 25-minute drive, and Salt Lake City International Airport is 30 minutes away. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests. If you would like to use the pizza oven, this is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any injury or accident. Guests have access to the full house, and our guest services team is ready to assist with any issues that may arise. Communication monitoring is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM MDT on the booking platform of your reservation. If further assistance is needed, guests are welcome to text or call us outside of the platform. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
