The cozy living room includes a smart TV. Enjoy the spacious second-floor deck with an outdoor conversation set and a dining set for four, as well as an outdoor shower and a propane grill. A washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron are also available for your convenience. Located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by water, this home is one mile from downtown and three miles from St. Augustine Beach. It's also a short walking distance to Mojos Tacos, Putt Putt, and Chop Shop, a local butcher shop. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and flushing foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
