This charming home spans two floors with a unique castle-like shape and a spacious fenced backyard. It features fresh linens and towels, Smart TVs with streaming apps, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and essentials. A starter supply of coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags is provided; however, guests may need to bring additional supplies. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per reservation. Conveniently located near local attractions, shopping, and dining, this home offers a blend of classic charm and modern amenities. Stroll down memory lane in Downtown Homewood, wander around cute little shops, grab a coffee at a snug café, and chat with friendly shopkeepers. Visit parks or step out for a night on the town at the Rialto Square Theatre. There are also tennis courts, restaurants, a train station, grocery stores, and a shopping center all close by. Chicago is just a short distance away. Local attractions, dining, and shopping are within minutes, with easy access to nearby highways for travel. Nearby attractions include Homewood-Flossmoor Ice Arena, Ravisloe Country Club, Irons Oaks Environmental Center, Homewood Science Center, Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, Tinley Park Convention Center, Brookfield Zoo, and Downtown Chicago. Nearby dining options include Flossmoor Station Restaurant & Brewery, Lassen’s Tap, Asian Harbor, Aurelio’s Pizza, EmpanadUS, Dixie Kitchen & Bait Shop, La Voute Bistro + Bar, and Buona Beef. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking it, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is zero tolerance for smoking or vaping inside the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Must be at least 21 years old to book. No smoking is allowed inside the home and is subject to a $500 fine if violated. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00 AM. High-speed Wi-Fi makes it great for remote workers!
