A starter supply of coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags is provided; however, guests may need to bring additional supplies. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and the decor features modern updates with classic, fairytale charm. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per reservation. Downtown Homewood offers small-town vibes with cute little shops and snug cafes. Visit local parks or the Rialto Square Theatre for a night out. Chicago is also just a short drive away. Nearby attractions include Homewood-Flossmoor Ice Arena, Ravisloe Country Club, Irons Oaks Environmental Center, Homewood Science Center, Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, Tinley Park Convention Center, Brookfield Zoo, and Downtown Chicago. Smoking is not allowed inside the home and is subject to a $500 fine if violated. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.
