Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Instructions for check-in will be sent an hour prior. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any smoke odor will incur deodorizing fees starting at $500. Parties and events are not allowed, and violations will result in the loss of your security deposit. Noise complaints will result in police involvement and forfeiture of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked within specific temperature ranges. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation, and any additional guests will result in the loss of the security deposit. Furniture must not be moved, and a fee of $100 per piece will be charged if it needs to be repositioned. Firearms and weapons are prohibited on the property.
